At Lailah and Co, we are excited to announce our 2024 corporate social investment project that focuses on empowering the youth by offering them valuable experience in the social media marketing field. This year, we are opening our doors to interns who will have the opportunity to work hands-on with our social media platforms, avail staff discounts, and receive a comprehensive letter of recommendation for their future job endeavors. While this internship is unpaid, we are dedicated to providing students and other members of the South African Youth community with opportunities that not all businesses can offer.

The internship program is structured in a way that offers flexibility and remote-working opportunities because we recognise the challenges of student life. Our aim is to ensure interns can prioritize their coursework without added pressure, especially considering the unpaid nature of the internship.

Our Founder, Lailah, initiated this program with a deep understanding of the importance of internships in today's competitive job market. Having started the brand at the young age of 21, Lailah recognizes the significance of gaining practical experience and mentorship early in one's career. By opening our doors to aspiring young individuals, we aim to not only provide them with a platform to enhance their skills but also to inspire and support them as they navigate their professional journeys.
