Engagement rings are designed to be worn every day for a lifetime, which is why we only offer 9ct Gold and 18ct Gold, as well as Platinum—all of which are durable, timeless, and heirloom-worthy. Sterling Silver is not recommended for engagement rings as it is a softer metal and may not hold up over time

Yes! We offer virtual consultations that you can book here. The consultation would be a 30-min Google Meets call with our Founder, Lailah to answer any questions you may have or talk through engagement ring ideas and designs.

Our rings take anywhere from 4 - 6 weeks to create from the date that the order was paid. Please note that this does not account for any design changes to CAD drawings as this may cause a slight delay.

Yes! Please make sure that your country is listed on the checkout page when you're entering your address. Lailah and Co. will unfortunately not be liable for Customs & Duties payable at destination borders.

Lailah & Co. ships via hand-to-hand couriers with insurance coverage up to a set value. Customers can arrange additional insurance if desired. For additional precautions, Lailah and Co does not dispatch orders on Fridays unless same-day deliveries are needed.

Your engagement ring is covered by a 6-month warranty in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, including:

• Loose center stones (not caused by impact or mishandling)
• Shank splits (where the band separates due to a flaw in craftsmanship)
• Loose melee stones on the band or hidden halo

The warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday wear and tear, accidental impact, loss of stones due to external force, or improper care. We recommend regular maintenance and professional inspections to keep your ring in perfect condition.
