Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Lailah & Co Birthday Promotion offering a complimentary pair of Lab Diamond Stud Earrings with the purchase of a qualifying Diamond Engagement Ring.
1. Promoter
This promotion is offered by Lailah & Co (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 8 March 2026 until 27 March 2026, inclusive.
To qualify, a Diamond Engagement Ring order must be placed and paid in full within this promotional period.
3. The Offer
Customers who purchase a qualifying Diamond Engagement Ring from Lailah & Co during the promotional period will receive one (1) complimentary pair of Lab Diamond Stud Earrings.
A qualifying engagement ring refers specifically to engagement rings set with either:

Natural Diamonds, or
-
Lab-Grown Diamonds
4. Exclusions
This promotion only applies to Diamond Engagement Rings and does not apply to any other products.
The promotion does not apply to:

Moissanite Engagement Rings
-
Diamond Wedding Bands
-
Men’s Wedding Bands
-
Any jewellery other than Diamond Engagement Rings
5. Eligibility
To qualify for the promotion:

The engagement ring order must be confirmed and paid in full or at least 50% deposit between 8 March and 27 March 2026.

The promotion is limited to one (1) complimentary pair of Lab Diamond Stud Earrings per client and per qualifying order.
6. Complimentary Gift Conditions
The Lab Diamond Stud Earrings are provided as a complimentary promotional gift.
Accordingly:

The earrings cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, store credit, or any other product.

The earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are provided as a free promotional gift.

The design, specifications, and carat weight of the earrings are determined by Lailah & Co and may differ from promotional imagery.
7. No Retrospective Application
This promotion cannot be applied retrospectively.
Customers who placed or paid for an engagement ring before 8 March 2026 will not qualify for the complimentary earrings.
8. Combination With Other Offers
This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or campaigns, unless expressly stated by Lailah & Co.
9. Amendments
Lailah & Co reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, provided that such changes will not affect customers who have already qualified for the promotion.
10. Acceptance
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
