Ring Studio Lab Diamond Engagement Ring Sale

  1. Promotion Period
    This promotion is valid from 16 January 2026 to 31 January 2026, inclusive. All qualifying orders must be placed and confirmed within this period.

  2. Promotion Offer
    Customers will receive 20% off Lab Diamond engagement rings designed and purchased exclusively through the Lailah & Co Ring Studio during the promotional period.

  3. Eligibility
    This promotion applies only to:

    • Rings designed and ordered via the Ring Studio featuring Lab Grown Diamonds only.

     

  4. Exclusions
    This promotion does not apply to:

    • Natural Diamonds

    • Gemstones (including but not limited to sapphires, emeralds, moissanite or other coloured stones)

    • Wedding bands (men’s or women’s)

    • Moissanite engagement rings

    • Any jewellery not designed through the Ring Studio

    • Previous purchases or orders placed outside the promotional period

  5. Non-Retroactive Application
    The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before 16 January 2026, including deposits, part-payments, or designs previously quoted or approved.

  6. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
    All engagement rings are custom-made to order. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required under the CPA for defective workmanship or materials.

  7. No Cash Alternative
    The discount has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for store credit, refunds, or any other offer.

  8. Combination of Offers
    This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, vouchers, referral credits, or special offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

  9. Pricing & Errors
    Lailah & Co reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies. In the event of an obvious error, customers will be contacted and given the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

  10. Stock & Availability
    All orders are subject to diamond availability and production capacity. Lailah & Co reserves the right to substitute diamonds of equal or higher quality where necessary.

  11. Right to Amend or Withdraw
    Lailah & Co reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time in accordance with the CPA. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

  12. CPA Compliance
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008. Nothing herein limits any consumer rights afforded under the CPA.

  13. Acceptance of Terms
    By placing an order during the promotional period, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
