LAILAH & CO FIFTH BIRTHDAY CAMPAIGN

Promotional Sale & Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Lailah & Co Fifth Birthday Campaign ("Campaign"), comprising a promotional sale and giveaway competition conducted by Lailah & Co ("Promoter", "we", "our", or "us").

By participating in the Campaign, purchasing products using promotional codes, or entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTER

The Campaign is conducted by Lailah & Co, a South African jewellery brand and online retailer.

This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform.

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The Campaign will run from:

00:00 SAST on 1 July 2026

until

23:59 SAST on 31 July 2026

("Campaign Period").

No entries, purchases, discount claims, or promotional benefits will be accepted before or after the Campaign Period.

3. SALE PROMOTION

The following promotional codes are available during the Campaign Period:

#SURPRISEHER

Provides 25% off eligible Moissanite Engagement Rings purchased online through the Lailah & Co website.

#WIFEHER

Provides 20% off eligible Women's Wedding Bands purchased online through the Lailah & Co website.

4. SALE TERMS

4.1 Promotional codes are valid only during the Campaign Period.

4.2 Promotional codes apply exclusively to qualifying products purchased through the official Lailah & Co website.

4.3 Full payment must be completed online during the Campaign Period in order for the discount to apply.

4.4 Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to:

  • Orders confirmed before the Campaign Period;

  • Orders confirmed after the Campaign Period;

  • Existing quotations;

  • Existing invoices;

  • Existing payment plans;

  • Deposits paid prior to the Campaign Period.

4.5 Discounts are not valid on:

  • Custom jewellery orders;

  • Custom engagement rings;

  • Bespoke designs;

  • Diamond sourcing services;

  • Consultations;

  • Quotations;

  • Invoices issued outside the website checkout process.

4.6 Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, voucher, offer, loyalty reward, or special pricing arrangement unless expressly stated by Lailah & Co.

4.7 Promotional codes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative benefits.

4.8 Lailah & Co reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, system errors, or technical issues that may affect promotional pricing.

5. GIVEAWAY PRIZE

One eligible participant will win:

One (1) Oval Lab-Grown Diamond

Specifications:

  • Carat Weight: 2.01ct

  • Shape: Oval

  • Colour Grade: G

  • Clarity Grade: VS1

  • Cut Grade: Excellent

The prize consists solely of the loose diamond unless otherwise expressly stated by Lailah & Co.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, alternative products, or services.

6. GIVEAWAY ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the date of entry;

  • Be a legal resident of South Africa;

  • Complete all required entry steps during the Campaign Period.

Employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, immediate family members, and persons directly involved in the administration of the Campaign may not enter.

7. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Campaign Period:

  1. Follow @lailahandco on Instagram and/or TikTok.

  2. Share the designated giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @lailahandco.

  3. Complete and submit the Fifth Birthday Form available via the link provided by Lailah & Co.

Participants who fail to complete any of the required steps may be disqualified.

Multiple submissions of the Fifth Birthday Form do not increase the odds of winning unless expressly stated by Lailah & Co.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or manipulated entries will be disqualified.

8. WINNER SELECTION

8.1 One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.

8.2 The draw will take place within thirty (30) days following the end of the Campaign Period.

8.3 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

8.4 Lailah & Co reserves the right to verify all entry requirements before awarding the prize.

8.5 If a selected winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;

  • Fails to respond within seven (7) days;

  • Fails to provide required documentation;

  • Is found to be ineligible;

then Lailah & Co reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. PRIZE DELIVERY

The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied in the Fifth Birthday Form.

The prize will be delivered within South Africa only.

Lailah & Co shall not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect contact information supplied by entrants;

  • Delivery delays caused by third parties;

  • Losses resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the winner.

10. PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Lailah & Co may publish their first name, surname initial, social media handle, photographs, videos, and prize-related content for promotional purposes, provided that such use complies with applicable privacy laws.

Where legally required, consent will be obtained prior to publication.

11. PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and processing of personal information for purposes relating to:

  • Campaign administration;

  • Winner verification;

  • Prize fulfilment;

  • Marketing communications from Lailah & Co.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

12. DISQUALIFICATION

Lailah & Co reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions;

  • Provides false information;

  • Engages in fraudulent conduct;

  • Uses automated methods to enter;

  • Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Campaign.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lailah & Co shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures;

  • Website outages;

  • Delayed entries;

  • Lost entries;

  • Errors in Campaign administration;

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Campaign.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights that participants may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

14. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL

Lailah & Co reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other events affecting the proper administration of the Campaign.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Lailah & Co website and/or official social media channels.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from the Campaign shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
