Our Custom Engagement Ring Process

Step 1. Consultation & Custom Order Form

Your journey begins by booking an online consultation and completing our custom order form.

During the consultation, we discuss your setting, stone preferences, your partner’s lifestyle, budget, and proposal timeline.

Step 2. Design Direction & Quote

Depending on the design, you may receive a rough hand-drawn sketch to confirm alignment.

A detailed quote is then shared via email.

Step 3. Quote Acceptance & Deposit

Once the quote is approved, an invoice is issued.

Production begins once the deposit is paid.

Step 4. CAD Design & Approval

A CAD design is created for your approval.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the initial CAD, depending on design complexity.

Step 5. Diamond Approval

You'll receive a video of the Diamond before it gets set so that you have the opportunity to see and approve the Diamond before hand.

Step 6. Production

Once CAD is approved, your ring moves into production.

Each commission takes up to 7 weeks, depending on design complexity and CAD approval turnaround.
