Shipping policy

 

Please note that all orders have a 5-7 week lead-time for production time. Please ensure that you take this into consideration when ordering from us. All orders will only be sent through to production on Fridays. 

Domestic Shipping

At Lailah & Co. we provide free delivery to orders across South Africa. No orders will be dispatched on Fridays as we do not want the rings to held in a courier storeroom over a weekend.

Once your order status has changed to "Shipped", and you have not received a tracking link/ reference, please reach out to us for your tracking number.

International Shipping

We have a flat rate of ZAR 600 for all shipments outside of South African borders. Lailah & Co. will not be held responsible for customs/duties within customer's country. All duties would need to be paid by the customer.
