Meet with our Founder and experience a personalised one-on-one virtual consultation to explore your perfect engagement ring. During this virtual session, we’ll guide you through our selection of ring styles, discuss the 4Cs of diamonds (if applicable), and walk you through our virtual showroom, where you can handpick your ideal diamond and design a custom ring.
The consultation fee will be deducted from your final order should you decide to proceed. To ensure a seamless experience, please complete our custom orders form beforehand—this serves as a starting point, but your design choices remain flexible throughout our discussion.
Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped through our trusted partners, The Courier Guy and RAM. Once your piece is complete, it will be dispatched between Monday and Thursday.
Each ring is crafted to order and takes approximately 5 to 7 weeks to produce. Because every piece is made specifically for you, all sales are final.
