General Queries

How does delivery work?

Please allow 4 - 7 weeks lead time for manufacturing. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can expect your order in 1-3 working days thereafter.

How do I find out my ring size?

Ideally, you could have your finger sized at your nearest jeweller to ensure that you have accurate sizing. Please choose the same size provided to you, on our site.

Can I try on/ see your pieces in person?

No. We are strictly online at the moment.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer a variety of payment methods. Online Debit/ Credit card payments via our trusted payment gateway partner Payfast, Direct Bank Deposit (eft), Float, ZeroPay and Layby.

Do you accept Custom Orders?

Yes we do! To get a quote, please fill out this form.

Can I layby my order?

Yes you can! As long as your order is over R4000 you are able to layby your order with us. Layby orders must be paid over a 3 month period (maximum) with the first month's payment as a non-refundable deposit.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes we do! Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers will be held liable for import duties and tax. Please make sure to check if your country accepts the importation of precious metals and stones.
